About the Committee

Uniting the diaspora for a better Liberia: who we are, what we stand for and how we work.

Lone Star players celebrate a goal

Background

Why We Exist

The LONE STAR Global Diaspora Mobilization Committee was established to coordinate efforts that support national sports development and to strategically mobilize Liberians around the world in support of our National Team, the Lone Star.

Its Global Diaspora Engagement Subcommittee strengthens collaboration between diaspora communities and national mobilization initiatives. It is the main coordinating body for outreach, engagement and partnership-building.
